Join Holly in this 2-hour restorative workshop exploring the change of season. Fall is a time of harvesting, and also a time to take stock of what we harvest. As the days shorten, it’s the perfect time to turn inward, reflect and find balance. Align with nature’s rhythm through pranayama, meditation, restorative yoga asana, and Reiki to balance the nervous system, open the body, clear the mind, and leave you with a sense of peace and well being.
