First-of-a-Kind Survey to Hit Mailboxes
NashvilleHealth is partnering with the Metro Public Health Department to launch a county-wide survey of the health of Nashville residents. The last time such a survey was administered was the year 2000. The Nashville Community Health + Well-being Survey seeks input from residents on issues such as access to healthy food, behavioral health, chronic conditions, housing and more. Results gathered will provide critical data to help non-profits, businesses, government and other groups better serve the needs of our community.
Help us raise awareness of the survey by encouraging your members, employees and constituents to take it, should they receive it. If you are willing to share news of the survey in your communications, please email here.
